To ensure each child receives the attention they deserve and that all planned activities can be completed, we recommend no more than 10-15 children per performer.
If you expect more than 15 children, we highly recommend adding an additional character, performer, or host. This allows us to properly engage with each child and complete all activities as planned. If additional performers are not added, the performer may need to limit or skip certain activities to accommodate the larger group.
Please provide an accurate headcount of the children expected at your party so we can properly plan, bring the appropriate amount of supplies, and ensure we have the right size audio equipment for the event.

We suggest scheduling the performer to appear at least 30 minutes to an hour after your party starts, this way all the guests have the time to arrive and can enjoy the performance. Please urge your guests to arrive on time. It is very important that we begin on time so that we can keep an on-time schedule for the other parties that may be scheduled that same day. We also recommend that you have the cake ceremony 15 min before the Performer leaves for great photo & video opportunities with them.

Our performers will bring everything they need, including a speaker and music. All we ask is that you provide a clean, open space where they can comfortably perform, dance, and interact with the children.
For gem makeovers and/or face painting, please have a small chair and/or table available for the supplies, along with a cup of water and some paper towels if face painting is requested.

To ensure the best experience for your event, we kindly ask that you prepare a clean, safe, and unobstructed area where our performers can engage with the children and bring the magic to life.
Performance Area Requirements:
β Clean & Dry Space β The area should be free of dirt, mud, and debris to protect costumes and props.
β Adequate Space β Performers need room to move and interact comfortably with children. Please avoid tight or cluttered spaces.
β Shaded or Covered Area (if outdoors) β Direct sun, heat, or wind can be uncomfortable for performers in heavy costumes. A shaded or covered space helps ensure a great performance.
β Free of Hazards β Please keep pets, food, and drinks away from the performance area to prevent accidents or damage to costumes.Inclement Weather & Temperature Policy:
As weather can be unpredictable, we require clients to have a backup plan in case of rain, extreme heat, or high winds. Options include:
πΉ Moving the event indoors (living room, playroom, or event hall).
πΉ Setting up a covered area such as a tent, gazebo, or patio.
πΉ Rescheduling (subject to availability and booking policies).β οΈ Important: Mascot Costumes & High Temperatures
For the safety of our performers, mascot characters can only perform indoors if the temperature exceeds 85Β°F. Please plan accordingly to ensure a comfortable environment for both the performers and your guests.These guidelines help ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free experience for both you and the performers. Our package prices do NOT include gratuity for the Performer. You are never required to tip, however, it is greatly appreciated! Tipping is also a great way to show appreciation and support to the performers' hard work and talent especially if they provided a memorable performance.
The amount is completely up to you. We recommend a standard gratuity based on the total party amount of 15% to 20% at your discretion.

While we CAN guarantee your character selection, we cannot guarantee cast members. Our cast members are assigned to certain characters and we also arrange their schedules weeks in advance based on their availability. If you request a specific cast member, we will do our best to try to accommodate you, but again, it is NOT a guarantee.

Your deposit secures your desired date and time. The deposit will not be refundable if you have to cancel less than 7 days before the event. However, we will retain your deposit and gladly work with you to find an alternate party date (based on availability). Alternate party dates must be scheduled within a one year period.

If, in some rare circumstance, a weather event, car accident, extreme illness or other Act of God prevents them from appearing, you will be given a full refund and we will work with you to arrange another appearance FREE OF CHARGE.
