POLICIES & LIABILITY FOR TAMPA BAY EVENTS

If our performer(s) feel unsafe at your party for any reason, they have the right to leave immediately. Inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated. An unsafe atmosphere violates our agreement, and we are not obligated to provide party or event services under such conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

When you pay your deposit to book a party or event, we commit to providing the agreed-upon entertainment services with your selected character(s). However, we cannot always guarantee specific performers. Our performers are highly reliable, and 99% of the time, we can send the requested performer if specified. Please be aware that certain circumstances may arise. We only send performers who are an excellent match for the role, and if you have requested a specific performer, we will never send someone else to your party without your prior knowledge and approval, ensuring you can book with us confidently.

Your party is important to us and takes priority, but if a performer becomes ill or has a family emergency, they may not be able to attend. In such rare cases, we would need to send another performer. Additionally, our performers are working actors who occasionally book professional acting jobs out of town due to our high caliber of talent.

Certain characters can only be played by specific performers due to height, dialect, and other unique characteristics. If a performer booked for your party is requested for a character they are not uniquely suited to play, we may need to schedule a different qualified performer for your event. While these situations are rare, we will always replace your performer with someone who is a great match for the role and inform you of any casting changes in advance.

Yes…Fairytales & Heroes Entertainment is a fully insured company. Our performers will do everything in their power to ensure your home and guests are treated with the utmost care and respect. However, by paying your deposit to book a party or event, you agree to provide a safe, clean environment for your party guests and for the performers of Fairytales & Heroes Entertainment.

Please note that we assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage occurring during your party to your guests, your property, or the venue's property. Liability also lies with the Party Host for any excessive or unreasonable damage caused to costumes and/or equipment by party guests or environmental factors during the party.

If you opt to serve food or request makeup application, face painting, or other services, we advise informing guests and their parents and/or guardians of these activities, as they may result in allergic reactions or irritations. We also advise clients to supervise all party activities and not leave children unattended. If you request the use of toys, jewelry, and/or other items that may pose a choking hazard, it is advised that all children be supervised at all times by the Party Host.

Fairytales & Heroes Entertainment is not responsible or liable for any harm caused by the misuse of any item. The performers of Fairytales & Heroes Entertainment are there to entertain the guests; it is the responsibility of the Party Host and/or guests' parents to resolve behavioral problems or to care for children in the event of injury or illness.

When you pay your deposit to book your party or event, you agree to the terms and conditions of the company-client contract. This contract ensures that Fairytales & Heroes Entertainment will provide the agreed-upon entertainment services with the selected character(s) or your money back. It also holds you responsible for paying the agreed-upon amount at the time the services are rendered.

You acknowledge that the booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or need to reschedule to a time we are not available or if cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event. By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by all guidelines and rules listed on this page, including but not limited to the “Liability," “Performer Safety Always Foremost,” “Performer Requests,” and “Company-Client Contract” sections. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with paying the booking deposit.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to information you voluntarily provide via email or other direct contact. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, except as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., to inform our performers of the party/event address). Unless you request otherwise, we may contact you via email or mail in the future to inform you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. We do not store sensitive information (such as credit card data); that information is encrypted and handled through third-party sites (such as Zelle and Venmo).

Our characters are based on public domain stories, folklore, and original content, ensuring we do not violate copyright laws. If you require a licensed, copyrighted character for your party or event, we encourage you to contact the company or copyright holders for that specific character.
